Check Your Boiler – Important Product Recall

Humberside Fire and Rescue Service is alerting residents to a product recall affecting certain Ideal Heating Logic 2 Combi and System boilers.

Why this matters:

Boilers with a production date of prior to the 8 January 2024, may have a fault that can cause overheating and pose a fire risk under certain conditions.

What you should do now:

Locate your boiler and find the model and serial number (usually on the boiler label).

If your boiler is affected, follow the manufacturer’s safety guidance and contact Ideal Heating or your landlord to arrange the free recall service.
